Job summary

GOLFTEC Malvern is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join our team and help players improve using GTU training and the industry-leading TECFIT fitting technology. The role emphasizes delivering personalized lessons and leveraging data-driven feedback to drive progress.

You will graduate from GOLFTEC University and provide indoor/outdoor lessons, TECFIT fittings, and tailored lesson plans while upholding our Be Good and Relentless Drive values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Passion for teaching golf and using technology to improve performance.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 30+ pounds during training sessions.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help players improve their golf.
• Provide TECFIT fitting and various lessons for students of all levels.
• Maintain the Training Center, equipment, and environment; perform opening/closing duties.
• Engage in continuing education and uphold GOLFTEC’s core values.
