Job summary

GOLFTEC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach in North Carolina to join a community of skilled golf professionals. This role includes collaborating in training at GOLFTEC University while utilizing advanced technology to enhance players' experiences.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of golf instruction experience, strong communication skills, and is committed to continuous improvement. Compensation includes a base rate, commissions, and a signing bonus upon successful training completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting is preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the best technology in the golf industry to help people play better golf.
• Create a high-level experience for GOLFTEC students both inside and outside of training bays.
• Participate in continuing education (distance learning, seminars, etc.).
