Job summary

GOLFTEC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join our team at the Midlothian center. You will guide golfers through personalized lessons, using state-of-the-art technology to deliver data-driven feedback and improve swing mechanics.

As part of the GTU program, you will train with top instructors and collaborate with a professional team to create custom lesson plans, lead club fitting sessions, and deliver high-quality coaching in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help students play better golf.
• Create lesson plans and tailor content to each student.
• Provide TECFIT Club fitting and on-course lessons.
• Maintain training center environment and equipment.
• Open/close the Training Center daily.
• Participate in ongoing education and team activities.
