Job summary

GOLFTEC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf experts focused on helping players improve. As part of GOLFTEC University (GTU), you will learn from top instructors and leverage advanced technology to tailor lessons and drive performance.

You will deliver high-quality coaching, fit clients with TECFIT equipment, and craft personalized lesson plans for players of all levels, in a team-oriented environment that honors integrity and improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete training.
• Use TECFIT Club Fitting and TECSWING technology to assist lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans for students of varying skill levels.
• Provide coaching services for outdoor playing lessons, short game lessons, and more.
• Deliver high-level experiences for students inside and outside training bays.
• Maintain equipment and technology at the Training Center.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions for the Training Center.
• Participate in continuing education and distance learning.
• Uphold GOLFTEC's core values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement and Team.
