Job summary

Havenside is seeking a Residential Construction Field Solutions Specialist to bridge Sales, Operations, Production and homeowners using cutting-edge field tech and cloud-based platforms.

You will split time between the field and digital workspace, performing digital assessments, collecting data, and delivering electronic documentation packages to drive efficiency and exceptional customer experiences. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or related fields.
• Ability to read plans and construction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 2-3 customer homes daily to perform digital project assessments.
• Document project conditions using iPads and measurement tools.
• Create digital project files in BuilderTrend, MagicPlan, and Microsoft 365.
• Ensure data accuracy across project databases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production, and Installation Managers.
