Job summary

Russo Corp is seeking a dependable Construction Field Technician to support active project sites with hands-on fieldwork, quality checks, and coordination with project teams. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will perform site setup, inspections, measurements, testing, and documentation, communicating clearly with supervisors, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Experience in construction, field service, inspection, surveying, or related hands-on work preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow project instructions, basic drawings, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30-hour certificate is preferred but must be obtained within first year.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather/site conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, contractors, clients, and team members.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Construction Field Technician to support active job sites through hands‑on fieldwork, quality checks, and coordination with project teams. In this role, you will help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, enjoys varied daily tasks, and takes pride in delivering reliable support in a fast-paced construction environment.
