Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects, driving safety, quality and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision and effective use of technology on site.

The position collaborates with the project superintendent, manages materials and manpower, and ensures on-time delivery while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Five+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the scope.
