Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on multimillion-dollar projects and collaborate closely with the project superintendent to ensure high safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leveraging technology, including an iPad, to monitor progress and deliver superior results. The ideal candidate has five or more years of supervisory electrical experience, a valid journeyman or master electrician license, in-depth NEC knowledge,

Qualifications

• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and desire a clear career path.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Use company-provided technology (iPad and smartphone) to ensure timely, above-expectation work.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate field employees on the designated scope.
