Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the project team to meet scope requirements and schedule. You will leverage iPads and smartphones to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of experience, and an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license, with a focus on safety and compliance with NEC and local codes.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Must have an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and other trades, including management of material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
