Job summary

U.S. Compliance (USC) is hiring its first Director of Technology to lead the technology strategy, systems, and infrastructure powering our growing business.

You will own internal IT end-to-end, including core systems, vendor relationships, and AI initiatives to reduce costs and improve client delivery. The role reports to the CFO and requires building a scalable tech stack across North America, with a focus on NetSuite, Microsoft 365, data governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of technology experience, including at least three years leading teams, vendors, and/or budgets
• Ability to build and execute a technology roadmap in a growing, multi-location, or private equity-backed environment
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendor contracts, and MSP relationships
• Decisive and analytical, with sound judgment and ability to build structure in a first-of-its-kind role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multiyear technology roadmap aligned with USC’s business plan and growth strategy
• Own the technology budget in partnership with the CFO, including licensing and TCO
• Lead technology due diligence and integration for acquisitions, including systems migration
• Own the cybersecurity program, data governance, and security compliance
• Select, negotiate, and manage technology vendor relationships and build the tech function
