Job summary

321 the Agency is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the technology function across CRM, MarTech, data, AI, and security. You will own the technology roadmap, set standards, and act as the senior technical voice in client strategy and agency planning.

You will build and mentor a remote team, oversee integrations, and ensure data integrity and privacy across platforms like High Level, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM architecture, integrations, and data infra experience.
• Leadership roles with direct reports in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, security, and compliance in marketing tech.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap and governance across MarTech and CRM.
• Lead the Technology department, coaching engineers and admins.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliant operations for clients.
• Partner with leadership to align technology with business goals.
