Kingswood U.S. is seeking a Technology & Systems Manager to lead on-site IT operations from our Midtown Manhattan office. You will bring outsourced services in-house, manage daily IT support, and oversee website and advisor resource center.

You will evaluate and improve existing systems, drive AI and automation projects across operations, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff as the team grows. Strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, email, permissions).
• Experience managing Adobe accounts and licenses.
• Experience maintaining websites and CMS, plus creating newsletters.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation integration.
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and train staff on AI-driven solutions.
• Experience transitioning services from outsourced IT providers.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tech to non-technical colleagues.
• Leadership potential and desire to grow into a senior technology role.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network, and video conferencing.
• Transition services from outsourced IT to in-house operations.
• Maintain the firm’s website and advisor resource center; create newsletters.
• Evaluate and improve existing systems; lead AI and automation initiatives.
• Ensure technology meets security and regulatory standards for a financial services firm.
• Take ownership of technology strategy and mentor staff as Kingswood grows.
