U.S. Compliance in Minneapolis seeks a Director of Technology to shape the technology strategy, systems, and security for a growing EHS services provider. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the CFO and leads a multi-location tech team, vendor relationships, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and client delivery.

The successful candidate will own NetSuite, Microsoft 365, data governance, and integration of acquisitions, while ensuring scalable IT operations across North America.

Formación

• 5+ years of technology experience with 3+ years leading teams, vendors, and budgets
• Ability to build and execute a technology roadmap in a multi-location or PE-backed environment
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendor contracts, MSP relationships

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multiyear technology roadmap aligned with business plans and growth
• Own the technology budget in partnership with the CFO
• Lead security, data governance, and incident response programs
• Oversee IT operations, internal systems, and acquisition integration
