Job summary

Hasbro in Boston is seeking a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services across Hasbro, Inc. and subsidiaries including Wizards of the Coast.

You will drive end-to-end sourcing, negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and report savings while aligning with IT risk, security, and governance. Onsite Tue–Thu at the Boston HQ.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of procurement or category management experience in Technology & Digital Services.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Processes, and information security/privacy in vendor selection.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and cross-unit collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services across Hasbro and subsidiaries.
• Negotiate terms, capture savings, and report cost avoidance within Hasbro's procurement framework.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewal planning and risk/compliance monitoring.
