Boston Consulting Group (BCG) North America is seeking a Manager of Tech Sourcing to lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across IT categories, including infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud services. You will guide stakeholders, translate insights into actionable strategies, and drive results that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT sourcing experience across multiple sub-categories.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and client management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategic tech sourcing projects across IT categories (infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, managed services).
• Engage with IT and procurement leadership; lead high-level client meetings and workshops.
• Turn data into decisions through benchmarks, contracts analyses, and business case development.
• Shape evolution of Tech Sourcing; develop new products/tools and contribute to go-to-market strategy.
• Pitch presentations and proposals; mentor junior colleagues and scale the practice.
• Build knowledge assets and contribute to recruitment and training within the team.
• Shape internal community and collaborate on cross-team initiatives.
