Job summary

The City of Temple is seeking a creative and organized digital learning and training coordinator to modernize employee development initiatives and design high-quality digital content for the learning library. This role also provides logistical and administrative support to ensure Training and Engagement programs run smoothly, with occasional weekend or after-hours work.

Responsibilities include creating online content, coordinating training events, managing registrations, and tracking attendance

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in content creation or instructional design.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems tools.
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Creates and compiles content for online learning platform (videos, presentations, guides, quizzes).
• Designs and promotes targeted training programs aligned with development goals.
• Plans, schedules, and builds online registration forms for training sessions.
• Reserves locations, sets up rooms, and coordinates resources for training sessions.
• Maintains LMS records and processes post-training feedback evaluations.
• Assists trainers during live sessions and ensures smooth operations.
