Job summary

The successful candidate will identify hiring needs, source candidates through multiple channels, and manage end-to-end recruitment while collaborating with delivery teams to align candidate fit with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in technical recruiting or sales roles is required.
• Knowledge of key technical concepts such as SW engineering, cloud services, IT security etc. is required.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a proactive, sales environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, interview and close hires with clients across consultancy services.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from C-Suite to technical leaders.
• Manage complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders and multi-year projects.
• Gather requirements for roles, projects and services; create and manage job descriptions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to evaluate and select high-quality candidates.
