The Client Delivery Advisor We are looking for a highly customer-centric individual with excellent sales, business development and relationship management skills who enjoys working through challenges and Agile environments. As a Client Delivery Advisor you will be responsible for creating and nurturing partnerships and relationships with candidates, our consultants and customers. The Client Delivery Advisor reports directly to the VP of Global Services & Solutions & primary responsibilities include identifying, interviewing and closing the hiring of qualified candidates with our clients, for positions within a wide range of consultancy services we are providing.The ideal person would also have experience managing specific clients to grow technology consulting services and solutions implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to identify, understand, qualify and meet technology hiring needs throughout the recruiting process through the identification of candidates/prospects from various sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, industry forums, and proprietary ATS platform (PANZATouch).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from C-Suite to technical leaders across technology and business departments, areas and divisions.
- Manage complex sales cycles with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders in customers, including both short-term opportunities and multi-year projects, services and/or solutions implementation areas.
- Uncover business challenges clients are facing and strategically craft value-add consulting and technology solutions while maintaining strong relationships with key client personnel.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements for roles, projects, and services; create and manage job descriptions while providing ongoing status updates.
- Work closely with delivery teams to evaluate and select high-quality candidates aligned with client needs.
- Manage the screening, interviewing, recruiting and onboarding of prospective employees and consultants as needed while self-generating sales/business development leads for new opportunities, projects, services and customers.
- Identify talent and candidates in order to build, maintain, develop and grow a strong candidate pipeline based on various technology areas, such as SW & App Engineering, Business/Systems Analysis, Databases, Cloud Platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, PMO, IT Infrastructure, Support Engineering, Cyber Security, Architecture, Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, Digital Transformation, among others.
- Present candidates to sales leaders, applying high quality standards and an in depth understanding of the candidate, conduct reference checks and promote positive company culture and offers innovative team-building ideas for both employees and consultants.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Previous experience in technology consultancy services is required
- 2+ years’ experience technical recruiting or sales roles is required
- Knowledge of key technical concepts such as SW engineering, Digital products, systems integration, cloud services & migrations, PMO, AI/ML, IT security, data management & analytics, data science, solutions architecture, among others, is required.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in proactive, sales environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, quality management, and ability to perform under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders
Preferred Requirements:
- Certifications in Agile SAFe, or technical areas such as cloud services, IT security, IT infrastructure are a plus
- Previous experience in sales roles (technology consultancy services and/or solutions selling) is highly preferred but not required.
