Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 5+ years in technology, data analytics, or related roles.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 experience focusing on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power BI; certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Strong PM and organizational skills to lead multiple initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement, systems integration, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for practical solutions.
• Curious, adaptable mindset with collaborative, continuous-learning focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology initiatives to improve effectiveness and collaboration.
• Develop and expand use of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI).
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation across departments.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to turn data into insights.
• Partner with staff, vendors, and consultants to implement scalable tech solutions.
• Promote data stewardship with quality, accessibility, and reporting consistency.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, managing timelines and change.
• Train and empower staff to use technology confidently and embrace innovation.
