Job summary

We are seeking a midlevel to senior Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions associate to join our team, with Raleigh as the preferred office location. We are also open to candidates in Charlotte, Dallas, New York, or Pittsburgh.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including master services, supplier, distribution, reseller and licensing agreements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, such as manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, master services agreements, development and collaboration agreements, reseller agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Technologically savvy, with experience using general AI tools and willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and related agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Maintain strong academic credentials, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality client service.
