K&L Gates in Raleigh (also open to Charlotte, Dallas, New York or Pittsburgh) seeks a midlevel to senior Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions associate. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and is comfortable using general AI tools.

You will work closely with seasoned lawyers, receive mentoring, and take on increasing responsibility and direct client contact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, MSP, licensing and related agreements.
• Technologically savvy with a willingness to leverage AI technologies.
