Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts such as manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution, services, consulting, development and collaboration, reseller and licensing agreements.
• Technologically savvy with experience using general AI tools and a willingness to learn and leverage legal AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Operate independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality client service.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across multiple offices.
