Job summary

AI Talent Now, LLC is hiring a Project Manager to lead technology deployments in large facilities. You will own projects from post-sale handoff through planning, site readiness, installation, testing, go-live, and closeout.

The role requires coordinating IoT, networking, digital signage, and cloud software with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing tech deployments and construction projects, strong client-facing skills, and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably technology deployments and construction projects.
• Experience with active construction, site coordination, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from handoff through client acceptance and closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, milestones, and budget.
• Coordinate site logistics, access, and safety for construction deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and vendors to deliver go‑live.
• Manage risk, changes, and client communications to ensure satisfaction.
