Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Special Technology Specialist to serve both dealership staff and customers with a high level of tech expertise and personalized service.

You will demonstrate vehicle features, assist with device setups, and provide hands-on tech support, aiming to ensure a smooth, white-glove customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technology to non-technical customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience; logistics/lot management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be a modern technology expert for dealership personnel and customers.
• Offer face-to-face help, device setups, software troubleshooting and act as tech liaison for Lexus customers.
• Provide concierge-level personal support when customers have problems or questions.
• Pair customer’s phone and demonstrate voice command.
• Demonstrate vehicle features (Adaptive Cruise Control, Navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto).
• Share informational videos with customers.
• Review Lexus owner materials and warranty information.
• Introduce customers to the service department and schedule first service appointments.
• Follow up to revisit features as needed and assist with the vehicle delivery.
