The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield. This role delivers high-level technical support and training for software, programming, and devices used in vehicles.

Located at Lexus of Brookfield, the position requires Lexus certification within 30 days and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent CSI standards and customer-focused training are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/ or additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management; maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
