Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Special Technology Specialist to serve both dealership staff and customers with a high level of tech expertise and personalized service.

You will demonstrate vehicle features, assist with device setups, and provide hands-on tech support, aiming to ensure a smooth, white-glove customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technology to non-technical customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience; logistics/lot management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be a modern technology expert for dealership personnel and customers.
• Offer face-to-face help, device setups, software troubleshooting and act as tech liaison for Lexus customers.
• Provide concierge-level personal support when customers have problems or questions.
• Pair customer’s phone and demonstrate voice command.
• Demonstrate vehicle features (Adaptive Cruise Control, Navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto).
• Share informational videos with customers.
• Review Lexus owner materials and warranty information.
• Introduce customers to the service department and schedule first service appointments.
• Follow up to revisit features as needed and assist with the vehicle delivery.

Special Technology Specialist position available with Earnhardt Lexus!

Work for one of the largest and most exciting automotive groups in Arizona; Earnhardt Auto Centers!

Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to fill this role.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver's license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a modern technology expert for both dealership personnel and customers
• Offer face-to-face help, device setups, software troubleshooting and act as technical liason for our Lexus Customers
• Offer concierge-level personal support when customers have problems or questions
• Pair customer's phone & Demonstrate voice command
• Demonstrate Vehicle’s Features (Adaptive Cruise Control, Navigation, Apple Car play, and Android Auto Ext.)
• Demonstrate Informational videos to customer
• Understand and Review 'Glovebox' material such as the Lexus owner's manual, quick reference guide, warranty, etc.
• Introduce the customer to the service department, schedule and review the 'First Service Appointment' need-to-know details
• Offer a follow-up appointment to revisit features on the vehicle, as needed
• Vehicle walk-around (white-glove delivery)
• Ensure Customer complete satisfaction with vehicle and delivery
• Ensure Perfect Process Delivery / complete owner-orientation paperwork
• Follow-up and check-in with customers
• Build the kind of customer-rapport that keeps them coming back to Earnhardt Lexus for the expertise and kind customer experience that Earnhardt is known for.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• High degree of interest in technology and ability to explain it, in layman’s terms
• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with logistics and lot management a plus!
• Ability to multi-task
