Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield to deliver high-level training and technical support for in-vehicle software, programming and the use of technical devices in vehicles. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused opportunity within one of the country’s largest automotive dealership groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in the customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management; maintain high CSI and handle inquiries about appointments and work in process.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
