Job summary

Conduct is looking for a hands-on senior social media lead to tell our story to engineers, IT leaders, and executives. You will craft the voice, own public narratives, and build a thriving developer community around our AI adoption platform.

This is not a typical social role; we want bold, opinionated campaigns that resonate with technical audiences. You’ll work closely with founders and engineers, translating complex tech into compelling threads, blogs, videos, and talks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing an audience or community online.
• Exceptional writing with ability to translate complex technical ideas.
• Experience building campaigns for developers, SaaS, or B2B audiences.
• Ability to switch tone across engineers, journalists, and executives.
• Hands-on, biased toward action, and able to ship work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own Conduct's public presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitch.
• Build an audience and community among technical people at all levels, online and in person.
• Create campaigns that showcase culture, people, engineering problems, and wins.
• Help engineers and founders share work publicly via threads, blogs, and livestreams.
• Turn customer wins and milestones into content attracting investors and journalists.
• Shape our employer brand so outsiders understand what it's like to work here.
