Job summary

Qualitate is seeking a Social & Content Manager to amplify the company voice across social platforms. You’ll turn research, customer stories, and product updates into engaging content that attracts the right audience.

Expect close collaboration with the founder, Insights, and Marketing teams, plus room to experiment with formats and creator partnerships. You should be a strong writer with original ideas, able to navigate fast-moving conversations in technology and business.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social execution and help bring campaigns to life.
• Develop distinctive formats and content concepts.
• Draft posts and thought leadership reflecting founder perspectives.
• Turn research findings into compelling posts, threads, and briefs.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow audience.
• Identify creators/partners and manage outreach and timelines.
• Build repeatable workflows for content creation and distribution.
• Analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement.
