Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles learned in school to hands‑on situations.
• Meet performance goals with progressively increased responsibility.
• Identify and fix computer and network problems.
• Attend and participate in daily departmental meetings.
• Take ownership and responsibility for defined projects.
• Participate in project teams for assigned projects.
• Work within specifications to meet goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments on product development and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, and the network; address hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Office; handle printer repair and troubleshooting.
