Qualifications

• Enrollment in a co‑op program for a 4‑year undergraduate degree.
• Ability to complete at least three full‑time alternating co‑op rotations prior to graduation.
• Interest in data analytics, technology solutions, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, testing and implementation of construction tech initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and validate data to develop dashboards and actionable insights.
• Provide frontline support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and maintaining workflows.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management for new tools.
• Identify ways to improve processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with project coordination and stakeholder communication to align with business needs.
