You’ll begin with well-defined tasks and supporting assignments and take on additional responsibility and independence

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a co-op program for an accredited 4-year undergrad degree in a tech or business-related major.
• Must complete three full-time, alternating co-op rotations before graduation.
• Rotations: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, Summer 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, testing, and implementation of construction technology initiatives, including tracking project progress, documenting requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and validating construction data to develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that support operational decision-making.
• Provide frontline support for business applications, including Smartsheet, Salesforce, and internal platforms, by troubleshooting issues, maintaining workflows, and escalating complex requests.
• Support technology adoption and change management through user training, documentation, feedback collection, and ongoing assistance.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, and operational efficiency through technology enhancements, workflow automation, and system improvements.
• Assist with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation to ensure technology initiatives align with business needs and are completed effectively.
