Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited 4-year undergraduate degree in a technology- or business-related major.
• Willing to complete three full-time, alternating co-op rotations before graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, testing, and implementation of construction technology initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and validate data to develop dashboards and actionable insights.
• Provide frontline support for business applications (Smartsheet, Salesforce, internal platforms).
• Support adoption and change management through user training and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and efficiency through tech improvements.
• Assist with project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
