Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Technology and Digital Quality Co-op, reporting on-site three days per week with two remote days. The role focuses on data analysis, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision support across MedTech initiatives.

The position is a Spring 2027 Co-op open to sophomores and rising seniors pursuing degrees in science, data science, or engineering. Strong analytical and visualization skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field such as science, data science, engineering or technology.
• Ability to clearly present data findings to technical and non-technical partners.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data to support decision-making.
• Build and interpret dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA-Ops, finance and operations to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
