Job summary

McKenney’s is seeking a Business Technology Co-op who is passionate about data and eager to learn how technology solves complex problems across diverse market sectors. You’ll turn data into actionable insights and support the rollout of digital tools across the organization.

During three rotations, you will gain direct mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to contribute to real digital transformation work, including dashboards, reports, and troubleshooting across business applications

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate co-op program
• Must complete three full-time, alternating rotations before graduation
• Majors include Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, testing, and implementation of construction tech initiatives
• Collect, analyze, and validate construction data to develop dashboards and insights
• Provide frontline support for business applications including Smartsheet and Salesforce
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate projects and communicate with stakeholders to align tech initiatives
