Job summary

The Sage Group is seeking a Certification Program Manager to own vendor coordination, exam delivery, policy design, and program analytics for a growing global certification program. You will partner with leadership to operate the program end to end, shape security decisions, and drive adoption across partners and regions.

You will work with a certification developer and support team, turning policies into processes and managing the credential lifecycle, including renewals and revocations.

Qualifications

• Experience running, or serving as a core operator of, a technology certification program, with hands-on ownership of exam delivery through a proctored vendor.
• Ability to interpret and act on assessment data, including pass rates and item statistics.
• Experience working with vendors delivering critical parts of a program and managing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the program leader's operating partner: own delegated workstreams end to end, coordinate with vendors, partners, support, and engineering.
• Serve as the operational contact for vendors (exam delivery, proctoring, digital badging, prep content): run cadences, escalations, change requests, SLAs, vouchers/invoices.
• Lead exam security and integrity work with vendors: proctoring config, data forensics review, content exposure monitoring, and integrity cases.
• Answer certification questions and escalations from partners and partner account managers, and write partner-facing communications for program changes.
• Drive certification adoption across the partner ecosystem: track uptake against goals, identify lagging regions, plan campaigns and enablement with partner management and marketing.
• Turn certification and assessment policies into working processes and manage renewals, verification requests, and revocations.
• Handle learner support cases alongside the support team: respond to tickets, own escalations to resolution, and improve escalation paths.
• Own the program's systems and tooling backlog and deliver upgrades with engineering.
• Own program analytics and reporting: analyze pass rates, item performance, and trends, maintain the metrics dashboard, and run reviews with leadership.
• Build Claude into how the program runs: automate responses, speed up analysis, and reduce manual effort.
