Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an elite Sr. Certification Development Program Manager to lead technical certification releases, assessment architecture, and exam development for the SnowPro Certification program.

This hands-on role bridges technical implementation with psychometrics for a global network of Snowflake experts. You will design lab-based assessments, facilitate SME workshops, ensure QTI compliance, and publish localization-ready assets while aligning certification paths with major platform

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical content development, certification design, assessment engineering, or IT training in enterprise software.
• Experience designing labs and practical assessments across enterprise cloud or data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab-based practical assessments, micro-credentials, and rubric-based evaluations.
• Recruit and guide global SMEs through exam development workshops and standard setting.
• Validate exam questions to align with platform updates and best practices.
• Govern editorial style and readability to Snowflake standards.
• Manage medium-to-large-scale exam development projects and releases.
