Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Certification Program Manager to lead the planning, development, launch, maintenance, and retirement of professional certification programs. You will oversee certification operations, vendor relationships, project plans, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and consistent delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in certification operations, experience with Pearson VUE, Credly, and Alpine Cert Metrics, and strong stakeholder and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in certification operations or credentialing.
Experience with certification tools and testing providers (Pearson VUE, Credly, Alpine).
Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Certification Program Management lifecycle oversight, from planning to retirement.
Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, budgets, and performance metrics.
Oversee certification systems, platforms, and operational processes.
Serve as escalation point for candidate inquiries and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance and quality.
