This role owns the end-to-end portfolio, from content creation to go-to-market execution and recertification, serving practitioners, enterprises, and AWS Partners worldwide. The candidate will harness AI, adaptive assessment techniques, and psychometric models to move beyond point-in-time

Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of technical program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience managing certification and/or skill assessment programs at scale

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end certification portfolio from content creation to go-to-market.
• Lead strategy, development, and global delivery of AWS Certification exams.
• Leverage AI and adaptive assessment techniques to modernize certification.
