Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with resources and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Partner with domain leaders and engineers to align Book of Work with OKRs and roadmaps.
• Prepare leaders for monthly business reviews and other processes with topic ownership and storytelling.
• Drive program governance and reporting with AI-assisted practices and risk synthesis.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Analyze program performance and apply data-driven optimizations for efficiency.
• Foster agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first approaches for governance and ensure human review.
