Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and manage data sensitivity.
• Advanced stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage resources and budgets in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling for leadership sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the DSS domain leader, providing diverse perspectives.
• Prepare leaders for sessions and internal processes with topic ownership and storytelling.
• Drive the Book of Work for engineering teams aligned to OKRs and an integrated roadmap.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with data handling best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Use data-driven analyses to improve program performance and efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
