Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Seattle seeks a Category Manager, Technology - Indirect Procurement to collaborate with stakeholders and lead end-to-end sourcing for technology categories. The role drives value, negotiates with suppliers, and supports the annual category strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will apply advanced data analysis, oversee sourcing events, manage supplier relationships, and deliver actionable insights to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; MBA or SCMP preferred.
• 5+ years indirect procurement experience.
• 2+ years Technology Category Management experience.
• Experience running complex end-to-end RFP processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Coupa/Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop and execute category strategies and sourcing plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive value through savings.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies.
• Contribute market intelligence and value analytics for sourcing.
• Drive productivity by reducing total cost of ownership across sub-categories.
• Define roadmaps to prioritize categories and sourcing events.
• Partner with business leaders to execute sourcing initiatives.
• Support strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Analyze spend data to identify value opportunities.
• Facilitate contract management with Legal and ensure timely execution.
• Manage tools and processes for planning and executing sourcing activities.
