Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology business analysis or similar role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and product delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide practical solutions.
• Experience creating process/data flows, user stories, use cases, and specs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Comfort working across teams and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Analyze processes, data flows, and pain points to identify improvements.
• Create user stories, functional requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Work with product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and PMs throughout delivery.
• Support testing by developing scenarios and coordinating issue resolution.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve technology solutions.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
