Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in McLean, VA to lead acquisition integration and modernization efforts. You will operate, maintain, and update enterprise acquisition process models and AI-enabled workflows, and supervise the AI prompt library lifecycle.

You will coordinate technical collaboration across organizations and ensure process documentation aligns with current laws, regulations, and guidance, with training delivered to large user communities.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance (federal or DoD).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ten years of senior-level experience directing complex process models and knowledge management tools in defense acquisition.
• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
• Experience updating government-owned or enterprise tools with approved content within timelines.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder groups and cross-organizational alignment for process updates.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual training for large user communities.
• Experience engineering AI prompts and AI-enabled workflows consistent with acquisition guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition integration and modernization tasks; operate enterprise acquisition process models and digital knowledge tools.
• Direct operation and training for acquisition process model; supervise lifecycle of AI prompt library and AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate technical collaboration across organizations.
• Ensure process models, documentation, and AI-enabled workflows reflect current laws, regulations, policies, and guidance and are adopted by the workforce.
