Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst in software/tech.
• Experience gathering, mapping, and documenting requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or SDLC is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and other business analysis documentation.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across systems and workflows.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test plans and coordinating with end users.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers.
