Job summary

Mactores is seeking a senior social media and communications leader to own how the company is seen and talked about across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll build from near zero, but with a clear positioning and a working budget, and you’ll have the authority to plan and execute.

You’ll drive executive advocacy, influencer collaborations, PR, reviews, awards, and events, while running weekly cadences, tracking metrics, and coordinating with delivery and marketing teams to ship

Qualifications

• Oversee social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Coordinate editorial calendar, brief designers, and publish platform-optimized content.
• Build executive and employee advocacy by ghostwriting in leaders' voices.
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships and measure outcomes.
• Manage PR, media relations, and press releases for launches and partnerships.
• Monitor reputation, reviews, and respond to public sentiment.
