Luxury Presence is seeking a strategic Social Media Leader to own and direct our social presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll prove social drives pipeline, partner with marketing, and collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and campaigns that convert.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in social media or community management.
• Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish a documented social strategy within first 90 days with priorities and voice guidelines.
• Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target and build reporting linking social to business results.
• Grow share of voice for LP's core narrative across flagship content and CEO thought leadership.
• Manage community health: engagement rate, response time, sentiment with benchmarks.
• Make social a dependable contributor to other functions within the first year with clear handoffs.
• Make real-time judgments on Reddit and other fast-moving spaces to protect the brand.
