Baseten is seeking a senior social media manager to own Baseten's presence on social channels, primarily X and LinkedIn, around product launches, benchmarks, and customer results. You will set strategy, write posts, and collaborate with product marketing, comms, design, engineers, and founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running social for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand.
• Proven track record of growing an account and delivering posts that land.
• Ability to write accurately about inference, GPUs, and model performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Baseten on social channels (X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Set social strategy and growth plans with measurement.
• Translate technical work into shareable posts and launch content.
• Lead social aspects of launches with product, marketing, and engineering.
• Produce short-form video and brief freelancers when needed.
• Scale voices across teams while staying on-brand.
• Report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice.
