Central Employment seeks a Social Media & Content Lead to own and scale its brand across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will shape storytelling from ideation to publishing, driving engagement and performance alongside the founders.

The role demands exceptional writing, social-media fluency, and a keen interest in AI/technology. Expect a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments with direct founder access.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Startup experience, ideally SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube and modern social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.
• Create compelling content that simplifies complex technology.
• Develop content calendars and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Partner with founders on thought leadership initiatives.
• Edit and publish short-form video content including YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor engagement and conversations; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Analyze content performance and optimize for growth.
• Research competitors, trends, and opportunities.
• Support paid social initiatives and launch campaigns.
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling approaches.
