Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner / Business Analyst to modernize legacy mainframe banking apps into React-based micro-frontends integrated with APIs and middleware.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, and drive Agile delivery while coordinating Business, Product, Operations, Architecture, UX, Engineering, Automation, and AI teams. The ideal candidate has deep Banking/Financial Services experience and a proven track record in digital

Qualifications

8+ years in Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical BA roles.
Proven experience leading discovery and requirements for modernization or digital transformation.
5+ years of Banking and Financial Services experience.
Knowledge of deposits, CDs, checking, savings, payments, servicing, or lending processes.
Translate business capabilities into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ready-to-implement requirements.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, backlog refinement, and requirements elaboration sessions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional teams.
Experience with legacy modernization, APIs, middleware, and modern web apps.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and requirements elaboration for modernization projects.
Define product scope, epics, and user stories for React-based micro-frontends.
Coordinate with Business, Product, Operations, Architecture, UX, Engineering, QA, and UAT teams.
Support AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, and Generative AI initiatives.
Assist in UAT, defect management, release readiness, and production deployment.
